| - 2 - Messrs Rolls Royce Ltd. 19.7.37 for any riveting at the crown of the arch, as the blanking of the holes creates a weakness at this important point, and our views in regard to the width of flange at this section were explained fully to Mr. Leslie. The modifications we suggested will give a much more satisfactory result. Our point is not a question of the saving in cost but the elimination of any risk of failure.
