ALL TESTERS It has been arranged that Mr. I.A. Leslie (Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/Les) is given the post of Technical Cost Engineer. He will be attached to Roy{Sir Henry Royce}'s Staff, but will specialise as set out below - He will be responsible for making sure that all bought-out fabricated motor-car pieces are purchased at the right price. This appointment should reduce the number of individuals travelling outside to discuss prices with our Suppliers. Mr. Leslie will be able to call on any of the Works experts to help him if required. This arrangement will not relieve HHC. of making sure the parts received are of the desired quality.
