| Lu46 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.18/KW. 12th February, 1935. Messrs. T. Firth & John Brown Ltd., Spring Dept., Tinsley Works, Sheffield. For the attention of Mr. Porter. Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 8th inst., together with the Blue Prints Nos. 122 and 123. We note that you are making a set of springs to print No. 122, which will now probably be complete. Will you please inform the writer when you despatch these springs. The springs shown on your print No. 123 are very interesting, although it certainly will be wisest to test the springs to Print 122 first, so at the moment do not produce any springs to your print 123. The 10" deflection front Ph.II springs have arrived safely at our Works. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
