To H.S. from E.V. X8830 EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3. 21-8-24. CAMACHAHenry Royce's office in West Wittering, WEST WITTERINGHenry Royce's home town, CHICHESTER. Sx. Secret E.A.C.II. We were wondering what body it is proposed to fit to R's E.A.C.II which will be coming down here when completed in place of 6 Ex. & will most probably be the car which will go to France with him in December. We have just touched the subject with him, & he seems to favour another Allweather - by Beaton & Young, either a Beaton Minor, or a complete 'Allweather' as on 5GII, which pleased him immensely. Could you let us have your views & any plans which you have made for obtaining a body for this car. We have written to Youngs unofficially for prices, - merely approximate. | ||
