RE GOSHAWK BALLAST RESISTANCE.

During Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 's run across France with 4 Gos.II. for Mr. Royce, one of the ballast resistance terminals came loose.

Does the arrangement drawing of this call for spring washers under the terminal nuts ? If not, these should be included.
