To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards} 1129 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}10/MH.{M. Huckerby}22.9.37. NO.3 HIGH POWER HEAD. We observe that the inserted valve seat in the alum head to Rs.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}315 has worked loose. We are shortly proposing to try an inserted valve seat of the Venturi type in this head, but before doing so would like to check on the plain seat. We should be glad therefore, if you would fit a 1.750" dia. seat to Rs.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}316 to this head as soon as possible. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards} | ||
