Radm Technical Officer to advise J 12/VII/11 X426 DATE: July 4 Suggestion That cars to be sent out to India be fitted with wire wheels or steel wheels, such as are made by Sankey, as wooden wheels shrink and the spokes become loose in from one to two years. Mr Montalth and Mr Bernard Figg, both of whom have had a great deal of experience with cars in India, have on different occasions volunteered the information.
