Mr. Clark,
Bendix-Perrot Brakes Ltd.
Kings Rd.
Tyseley,
Birmingham.

Dear Mr. Clark,

We are very much indebted to you for the model brake shoes you were good enough to send us. We are sending them down to Sir Henry Royce's dept. and will let you have his observations in due course. We are very much afraid that he may think the form of sheet steel shoe which you use is not sufficiently rigid.

We have not done very much with the clutch control recently but shall have an opportunity to try the additional plungers you sent during the next few weeks.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
