RE Chasses 21 UE and 38 UE.
Emperor of Japan.

In reply to your memo D/BP/WH2/OG6.11.20 we have this morning issued to BY (DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/STT3/AH8.11.20) "N" Scheme 645 for making an experimental set.

This is our own design, and is intended to be fitted to these cars.

If you wish to see the Scheme By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will be able to shew you the same, and will also give you any further necessary instructions in this matter.

[Handwritten]: So the Emperor of Japan is scheduled to get an R-R designed Warmer, no doubt a good job as it's by Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} should be good.
