We have now tried out the exhaust system on the above car and do not like the exhaust cut-out fitted on to the rear silencer. (b) Intermediate pipe EB.978 in 16 SWG. material. (c) Rear silencer to standard design but using 16 SWG. material for silencer shell EB.884 and pipes EB.877 and EB.881 - ends to be made in 14 SWG. material. (d) Tail pipe EB.1086 in 16 SWG. material - at present fitted to car. (e) An additional tail pipe to EB.1086 made 2.25" outside dia. instead of existing 2.00", in 16 SWG. material.
