Sylphon tubes A cable dealing with the question of the Fulton has been at the Works since July 9th, but has only just reached me. Not having had the cable in question I recabled yesterday for the information which is contained in the cable referred to. We are informed that the Fulton Sylphon tubes were despatched on July 9th on the S.S. West Celeron.
