Assuming £1 tool charge extra per patch for the first 240 we should therefore save £10 per instrument board.

The Smith panel follows our shape and design but is made of sheet metal stampings instead of aluminium castings like the present one, and the fixing of the instruments has been simplified. It is proposed to fit the Smith instruments and patch on the next car to run in France.
