Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} D/BP8/OG.28.10.31 RECEIVED 31 OCT 28 Re: Chassis GFT-102 We have received a 'phone message from Sales Dept. following on the complaint made by Park Ward's in regard to the dimensions of the dashboard on this chassis. 'Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}' has himself visited Park Ward's this morning and they have checked the dimensions of the dashboard on chassis GFT-102 with the drawing supplied and find that the dashboard is correct in accordance with the drawing so that there is no further argument in regard to this chassis. 'Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}' explained that Park Ward's have been making comparisons with a dashboard on GFT-24, which was a stock chassis, and it is found that the dimensions on this dashboard are slightly out, i.e. not in accordance with the drawing for this chassis. They have, however, made their scuttle to suit and there is no need for us to take any action. Park Ward's point out however that the dashboards on our chassis do vary in dimensions, particularly at the shoulders, but in regard to the remarks made concerning GFT-102 everything is in order and there was no need for this matter to arise.
