Noisy tappet caused by a sticking valve and loose bronze valve seat inserts.

Re: GLN-60.
A very noisey No.7. tappet revealed a sticking valve and the removal of the head showed that the bronze valve seat insert had unscrewed to almost the last thread.
The other remaining bronze seat in No.3. cylinder was also found to be a little loose.
Both these have been refitted by N. and the head peaned over.
The unit has done 4300 miles.
