Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter of the 8th inst, in which you inform us that you have a patented design for a Permanent Combined Turntable and Fourwheel Jacking System.

We are not interested in the turntable, but if the four-wheel jacking system is light, easy to fit and reliable, we should like to have further particulars.

Your letter does not state on what principle the system operates,so that unless you care to give us some more information, we cannot say how far we are likely to be interested.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
