We are experiencing considerable trouble in obtaining satisfactory steel castings of the above, and I attach hereto original memo, from Mr. Bullough sent to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} on the 22nd. inst. He raised the question as to whether this particular piece could not be made as a stamping and welded together. I shall be pleased if you will give this matter your attention. attc.
