1001 W/S - Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}2/JH.15.10.38. Car Door Locks. Our road experience with the Everall locks is very limited. These locks are fitted to 8.B.5. and 1.B.50, 8.B.5. is now in France, we should hear some results during the test. 1.B.50 had body mounting trouble from the first, this body has now been remounted but it will be some time before we are in a position to give an opinion on the lock merits or otherwise. We can only say that on 8.B.5. for the short time this car was running about Derby prior to leaving for France no trouble had been experienced.
