X1020 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}10/KW. 30th May, 1935. F.O. Hickling, Esq., The Ransome & Marles Bearing Co.Ltd., Newark-on-Trent. Dear Mr. Hickling, I rang you up this morning, as we have a car going to France at the end of next week on which we want to have a 35 mm. pinion thrust bearing. We shall be sending you an order for several of these, but could you expedite two of them, with steel cages ? If you could let us have these, and the small pilot bearings with Oilite cages, by the middle of next week, so much the better. Yours sincerely, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
