✓ Hoo c. To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/MH.{M. Huckerby}9.1.39. 14.B.V. CONTINENTAL. As discussed with WSC.{W. S. Cassel} we may need a temporary axle for this car. We suggest it may be easiest to fit a fully floating axle like that on 7.B.V. This will provide the ratios we want. There is no need to use a 3 row pinion brg. The standard 'M' series bearing and also pinion shank will do.
