P.III CARBURETTER FLOODING.

Replying to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}19/E20.5.37., we ought not to have standardised something on the P.III which was different to the 25/30.

We admit that the Experimental Dept. ought to be the final filter which obviates things like this happening; on the other hand, there should be some or-ganisation which prevents these pieces being drawn. Now that it is decided that wherever possible parts should be common to the P.III and Wraith, there should be less chance of errors like this occurring.
