Dear Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter

I note that so far you have not made much progress with the Aero Cushion tyres and wheels; but you would like to see me when you have carried out some more tests.

I am at the moment most terribly busy and do not anticipate being near Derby for a week or two, unless, of course, you would like me to come and see you, when I would make a point of being able to do so. Otherwise, if it is all the same to you, I would prefer to wait a little until you have carried out the tests you mention, and then perhaps you would be kind enough to advise me, when we could arrange a date for me to come to Derby ?

I am very sorry that you think the new India Super 5.50-18 noisier than the old pattern. I cannot say I have noticed this myself; but I am, however, passing on your remarks immediately to our Technical Department.

I note and appreciate all you say regarding bodywork.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you would like me to come to Derby. I shall look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours sincerely,

Rothes
