Which may help the future.
The Goshawk carburetter is better & the steering also but slightly heavier. I had a fright about the on an down-job but remembered the 15 miles of your governor pulls Chichester which made it right again ie 22 to 24.
I want you to fix up either another Goshawk with the [scratched out] rods & front axle & the clutch leverage altered or the a good 40/50 with [scratched out] our Exhaust heated throttle. to be sent out in about 10 days as they want any No 4 Gost in London. for catalogue work on the 9th or as soon after as possible.
