In reply to your Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRC{N. R. Chandler}1/W15.2.22., Mr. Royce would like you to go ahead with the C.A.V. starter as shewn on the designs sent through. He asks however if the C.A.V. Motor could be wound for a slower speed, so as to take less out of the battery when starting.
