With reference to your note D66/EF3912, please note that I have arranged with Mr Johnson to deal personally with these suggestions as far as possible, as we found it quite impossible to get them through Committee. This of course means that I have a very great number to wade through and I have not yet been able to get them up to date. As a matter of fact there are 15 or 20 now in Mr Johnson's hands which were sent a week or ten days ago.
