Thanks for your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/H.9.11.37, and I am pleased to hear that everything arrived safely.

I was very interested to note your remarks re the stream-lined car, and I thought from the bottom of my heart that your figures were rather pessimistic, but did not dare to say so.

However, the point is that Mr Paulin has asked me for an immediate decision concerning the building of the body, otherwise he says he will have to take on another car which he is supervising, and this would put our car a long way back from a delivery point of view.

Could you give me a rapid decision, as I find that quite a lot can be done without the chassis.
