-2- Two of type 6.CLD-11A which with the addition of ebonite separators will increase the reliability of the battery. One of type 6.BPHL-9 which will give us longer life but slightly at the expense of the capacity. It should be confirmed that this battery is dimensionally correct for our box. With these batteries we should therefore be able to judge our best requirements for the Peregrine. With the likely advent of a voltage controlled system on the Peregrine, the battery conditions will be much easier and we do not consider therewill be then so much argument for the extra thick plates. The above remarks also apply to the Bensport chassis although we do not anticipate so much starting difficulty with this chassis as with the high compression unsupercharged Peregrine.
