V676 Insurance of Company's Cars. TO ALL CHIEFS: (Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}) I am requested by the General Manager to advise you as follows :- "In the event of an official of the "Company using the Company's cars for "private purposes, whilst he is driving, or "being driven by one of the Company's servants "at his request, the car will be considered to "be insured by the Company and covered so far "as third party risks, damage to the car, and "Workmens' Compensation (where it applies) are "concerned, but the Company is in no way res-"ponsible for injury to or death of the occu-"pants of the car." 4804 n.
