To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}5/KW.1.6.36. Model Frame Crosses. We wish to investigate further the merits of frame crosses of different lengths. We send you herewith Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2003 showing model crosses of different lengths. No.1 is that of the SpectreCodename for Phantom III, No.2 that of the Cadillac. No.3 we should like four off to compare their effect with the full length cross No.4. We have not shown how the crosses are fitted to the side members. Will you please use set screws or rivets as you think best. The crosses can all be milled from .8" thick S/M plate.
