FERODO STRIP LACED IN SUPPORTING ANGLE.

Please receive herewith blueprints in duplicate of each of the following drawings, detailed from "N" Scheme 827:-

E.20219 - Lacing Strip.
E.20220 - Bonnet Side Rest Angle L.H.
E.20221 - Bonnet Side Rest Angle R.H.

Will you please instruct up three sets of these parts to be used in connection with the laced Bonrest detailed from "N" Scheme 769, as instructed in our memo BY/Shn5/DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}18.3.21. These parts should be completed with 3 sets of the following:-

E.20140 - Tubular Rivet. - 16 off.
K.2601 - C's'k Screw. - 16 off.
K.4301 - Lock Nut. - 16 off. } per set.
K.4401 - Plain Washer. - 16 off.
K.4503 - Grover Washer. - 16 off.

With this experiment the inner brass wearing strip E.5867 is removed, and a 30° chamfer added along the inner bottom edge of the bonnet side plates, as shown in the sketch below:-
