To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from CJ. CJ13/E16/4/25 - 2 - 'especially at big angles. All these 10% and 20% multiplied together cause the impression that the geometry of the various connections is awkward to get both locks alike, therefore the left hand lock is 50% heavier than the right hand but it is and has always been so, but when the maximum increases the last 30% one finds it very definitely.'
