I was glad to receive R2/M7.11.28, viz. a copy of the points you raised at the Board Meeting, which will receive the most careful consideration to enable the Board to come to a conclusion on the subject, which was deferred till the next meeting on the 7th December. It is difficult for us to arrive at a definite conclusion from a commercial point of view until we have gone much more fully into the advantages and risks combined with the effect on the annual financial situation.
