Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/R.{Sir Henry Royce}

15th June, 1939.

M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Olley, Esq.,
Vauxhall Motors Ltd.,
L U T O N,
Beds:

Dear Oy.,

I was informed to my consternation that the Directors were going to be at the Works to-morrow and that I should have to see them. I cannot, therefore, get down to Luton as arranged, but I am sending Grylls, Martindale and Salt, if you would be good enough to show them what you are doing.

If I may, I will come down by myself sometime in the immediate future for a short time.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} showed me your report on general car development, which I thought was exceedingly good.

Yours sincerely,
