Mr. Mercer.

This chassis is now in the Repair Dept. for repairs and I understand it is to be sold. We notice that it has been considerably altered with the result that it is now of no particular series or type.
Will you therefore please let me know if accurate and complete records giving all necessary drawing numbers have been handed in, so that any spare parts can be supplied at a future date. Please advise me on this matter.
