Dear Sirs,

Warner Gear Company.

I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 26th inst., and confirm having spoken to Mr. Grylls on phone this morning regarding the Warner Gear Company, whom I represent in this country, and note that you are interested in their overdrive transmissions.

There are three types they are producing at present, one model being suitable for 165 ft. lbs. torque, another 190 ft. lbs. torque, and the largest model 240 to 250 ft. lbs. torque.

I understand that Mr. Grylls proposes calling in to see me to discuss the matter further one day next week and he is arranging to write or phone me stating the time he proposes calling so that I can arrange to be in the office to meet him.

Yours faithfully,

D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Royce
