Description of Parts. 48 coil armature dynamo with pole piece modification for high output. (In conjunction with half charge switching scheme) Origin. Necessity of providing for larger output for larger consumption head lamps now utilised, with an output curve which falls less at speed. Experimental Test Report. Also simplification of armature manufacture. Road Test Report. Experimental Test Report. These machines have given great satisfaction on bench tests, commutation and silence being very good.
