(3) Over-oiling due to excessive oil from 4. rocker shaft being drawn down valve guides. (4) Oil leaks from rocker cover joint. 7. (5) Intermittent failure of ignition etc. due 1. to fault in ammeter. (6) Faulty distributor - seizure of tower and 2. control pins too tight, preventing use of hand control. (7) Camshaft cams scored, new camshaft fitted. 1. (8) Over-heating of engine, old type radiator, 3. matrix silted up. (9) Burst oil cooler - 'P' type cooler fitted. 4. (10) Ignition plug terminals defective, causing 1. shorting, and falling off. Continued.... | ||
