| X3603 To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from Fl. Fl.4/Av/D3.4.23. Attached please find a copy of a letter received from Mr. Mantell, who is the London Manager of the Solex Company. He writes to me because he was at one time one of my officers in France. I have merely replied to him that his letter is being forwarded to you for decision as to whether we care to take advantage of his offer to loan a carburettor to us for test.
