Perhaps it should be remarked that we are only speaking of initial failure to engage and that so far as we have gone with experiments on this rig we have invariably been able to effect engagement with normal supply voltage upon a second (or third) application of pressure to the push button. We are, however, carefully studying the question of the first weakness in the system as the supply voltage is gradually reduced and further reports will follow. EFC. | ||
