X.4010. Reduction Gear. .477 ratio reduction gear to DES.1812.

X.4657. Lightened Parts. These are the parts from the list set out in Rg {Mr Rowledge} /AAR.3/DM. {D. Munro} 16.12.31 which have had the official A.M. approval for immediate introduction on Kestrel engine production. Included are rocker covers and carb. bodies lightened by reducing the general thickness of the castings.

X.4657. Lightened Parts. These are the parts set out in memo. Rg {Mr Rowledge} /Rbr. {Mr Rubbra} 3/DM. {D. Munro} 1.9.32 to By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and which were successfully type tested on Kestrel 605 in July 1932.
