The GABRIEL REBOUND SNUBBER

Keeps you on the seat when the roads are rough

If you value comfort, economy and safety, you cannot afford to be without Gabriel Rebound Snubbers.

Gabriel Snubbers protect the car by eliminating vibration; they prolong the life of tires by keeping the wheels on the ground and giving perfect traction; they save time and gasolene by making it unnecessary to slow down for cross-walks, rough spots, etc. They are the one device that continues to pay dividends in reduced up-keep expense, as long as the car is in use.

How it Works.—As the car springs compress, the spring within the coil expands and takes up the slack in the belting, then as the rebound commences, the coils of belting begin to tighten and create friction on the band of brass between them, thus forming a resistance that increases gradually as the coil compresses within it. This action steadies and controls the car springs, and causes them to regain their normal position gradually without jerk or abrupt stop. The result is the occupants move with the seat instead of being bounced or jolted from it.

We advise equipping both front and rear springs in order to equalize and properly control the action or movement of car body.

Mention name, model and year of car when ordering.

If pairs only are wanted, state whether for front or rear of car.

Snubbers are finished in black enamel.
