Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of the 13th October, addressed for the attention of Mr. Pilkington, we would advise you that we are in receipt of your letter of the 28th September, informing us that you were forwarding details of the AC.9 big end bearings which you ran on the Phantom III., but can find no trace of this print being received. Perhaps you would be good enough to forward a copy.
Mr. Pilkington is at present away from the Works and your letter is being replied to in his absence.
