SHORTLY WHAT IT DOES 1.—This oil ensures perfect lubrication of the cylinder walls and all upper working parts. It increases the efficiency of the motor. No other oil has a fire test high enough to endure, without combustion, the extremely high temperature of the petrol explosion, and for this reason alone it is enabled to lubricate surfaces which are constantly at high temperature. [Left Column] removed, and the remaining quantity (if the cylinders are taken off) will be found to be quite soft, and can be wiped off with a cloth. Using Miracle Oil in upper lubrication allows for closer fitting piston rings which gives increased compression, hence more power. The first time Miracle Oil is used no appreciable change is noticeable until the engine has been running a few miles. This gives time for the oil to get thoroughly worked in, and it will then be noticed that the engine will commence to speed up and run more smoothly, which indicates that the oil is reaching and lubricating the upper vital parts hitherto untouched. When the pick up or smoothness of running is noticed, the carburetter can be adjusted, reducing flow of fuel and increasing the air, until the engine runs smoothly and powerfully. If no adjustment of the carburetter is made a saving in fuel will still be apparent. It is advisable to adjust the carburetter when the car is on an up gradient, as this will ensure a mixture suitable for all running. Miracle Oil has been frequently confused with many imitators of so-called “petrol tonics” ! A comparison greatly resented, for Miracle Oil is nothing but a high-grade lubricating oil compounded by a secret process, and has but one purpose—lubricating the cylinders above the piston rings. The use of this Oil is strongly advocated in respect of sleeve valve engines, as its use ensures sufficient and perfect lubrication for this type of valve, and eliminates the ever present existing chance of valves becoming dry, gummed up, or carboned. Can you continue to contentedly operate your Motor Car, Lorry, Tractor, Motor Boat, Motor Cycle, or stationary engine— WHEN :— 1.—The cylinder walls, piston rings, valves and valve stems are being rapidly ground away from lack of Lubrication ? 2.—You are using more fuel than is necessary to obtain the same power ? 3.—You know that Carbon is accumulating in quantities causing pre-ignition, improper timing, weak and irregular spark, and generally poor ignition ? SHOULD not the same sense of thrift and attention given to your business affairs prompt you to investigate the merits of Miracle Oil with a view of not only acquiring economy in fuel, but also a smoother and more powerful running motor and prolonging the life of the motor itself ? DIRECTIONS. Pour 1 ounce of Miracle Oil into every two gallons of petrol or benzol. That is all. No Mixing required. IMPORTANT. To get the best results it is advisable, before commencing to use Miracle Oil, to remove the existing Carbon deposit on the under side of the inlet valves. PRICE. Price 12/6 per 32 oz. tin, but it actually costs the consumer nothing, because he saves much more than that by increased mileage and decreased wear and tear and the absence of Carbon.
