S/W. [Handwritten] WST x601 Lp.{Mr Lappin}19/LAM.20.2.33. To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. From Lp.{Mr Lappin} [Struck through] Copy to Wst. Re: THREE RATE CHARGE SCHEME ON GLN-60. With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.2/MA.15.2.33., the speedometer reading on the above chassis is now 56,100. We have not noticed any irregularity in the performance of the dynamo, although there is a 3 amp. discharge when all lamps are on and the switch in the winter charging position. We have not examined the dynamo to ascertain whether there is excessive brush wear, but you will no doubt have an opportunity of doing this when next the car is at Derby.
