Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG11.6.25, of which you have a copy, we note that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} needs a cabriolet body mounted on a subframe for 'India'. Could you send us some designs of cabriolets of the four-door type for the raked column chassis. The Saloon Cabriolet would suit the case quite well and we believe this is less expensive than the double enclosed type. if we had a Barker one we could use an existing shell if they have one. We are arranging to rapidly produce a sub-frame and shall be glad to get to work on the body. Regarding the Landaulette now on GP-88. We wonder if it would possible for Barkers to remove the body from the sub-frame and to mount it on the revised one. The body is quite good we believe, but no doubt Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} would be able to tell us whether he considers it worth while, or whether he can make good use of the body in its present state.
