AXLE FOR 3.B.50.

As mentioned to WSC.{W. S. Cassel} yesterday, tests on 2.B.50 have shown that we want a higher axle ratio for French testing and we, therefore, want 11/41 gears in 3.B.50.

We believe this helps your position as 11/41's are further advanced than the 10/41.
