Re: 6.B.IV.

We have handed this car over for re-condition and re-sale.

There are a few Experimental features still on the car and are as follows:-

(1) Rear Axle.

This has Girling Brakes and to be made standard will require new axle tubes and rear brake mechanism, new rear hub bearings, existing ones ground down to slack fit in hubs. New standard ball bearings to be fitted to near side of differential housing in place of existing special angular contact ball bearing.

(2) Bonnet Hinge.

This is a Widney Hinge but can be left on the car.

(3) Starter Motor.

This is a Lucas Motor and should be removed and returned to the Experimental, it will require the flywheel changing to suit the R.R. Starter Motor.

(4) Ignition Distributor.

This is a Delco Remy and should be replaced by an R.R.Distributor. Please return Delco to Experimental.

Attached is specification of the car.
