New front axle complete to arrg:drawing G.72403,with friction on steering pivot only, pivot pins having 3 flats for lubrication. New brake drum G.72634(higher brinell)and fitted with Oil Catcher G.72715. Fibre washers under pivot caps replaced by Alum. Lean of pivots .175. Rear Axle. Rear Axle overhauled,New rear brake drum G.72554(higher brinell)fitted. New hand brake liners in(better quality material)fitted. Drop forged shock absorber brackets F.10590/1/2.fitted. Propeller Shaft modified,and latest oil retaining sphere to drawings G.8907 G.9030/1 fitted. Change Speed Lever Change speed lever modified for Air Release from Gear Box to drawings G.8861/2. Gear Box. Complete new gear box and servo drive to arrangement drawing G.72550. Servo ratio 7 - 1 (with spur gear ratio 2 - 1). 55° Angle cams,and Ferodo lined servo disc's fitted. Foot Brake Equalizer. New foot brake equalizer to arrg: drawing G.72553,and solid pick up shaft to "N"Scheme 1817 fitted. Front Brake Equalizer. Existing equalizer fitted with the following new parts:- 1 - G.71129 - Bush. 2 - G.71208 - Bush. 2 - G.71209 - Bush. 1 - G.72003 - Act:Lever,with 2.400 centres. Internal Countershaft. New shaft fitted to arrg:drawing G.72530. | ||
