Mr Madin read to Committee a note from Mr Royce dated Dec. 4th. concerning the scheme for testing the efficiencies of our shop motors. The Committee agreed that Mr Platford should run tests on the lines suggested by Mr Royce, but that these tests should not interfere with the experimental work which we were at present dealing with.
