There is no doubt that the Firm who have had most experience with straight eight carburation are the Buick, and they have achieved some remarkably satisfactory results. The Series 50 at the Show has a manifold system somewhat similar to what is proposed for the Wraith. We recommend that we should buy an 8-cylinder car of some sort, which will as far as possible reproduce the Wraith induction system, so that we can have some advanced experience with straight eight carburation.
