| To RHS C. EFC. x7690 BY/RD1/ML.2.4.27. IGNITION DISTRIBUTOR - SEC:8120. We have had numerous instances of the Contact finger spring breaking, due we believe to the action set up by nickel depositing, we therefore, now propose to black enamel the spring and add a tinned copper connection. Please receive herewith prints of:- D.51526 - Spring. D.51527 - Connector. Will you please put 3 sets in hand to be fitted to any of the experimental cars for test. The springs are exactly the same as the production springs D.50793 except for finish and we think you may be able to get some which have not yet been nickel deposited. BY/RD. | ||
